Strawberries and Rhubarb

Strawberries are in abundance so I picked up some locally grown strawberries from Longo's. My grandmother had also given me some rhubarb (thanks Grandma!) so I set out to make strawberry rhubarb pie. I used William Sonoma's crust (made with butter, not shortening) which can be found here. The rest, I just threw in and didn't measure, but a William Sonoma's recipe (which pretty much looks like what I put together) can be found here (I didn't use tapioca). I also made some strawberry butter (with confectioner's sugar) with the leftover strawberries. I had some this morning for breakfast on toasted fruit bread with coffee. So good.
