There were plenty of options from the sea this year at Niagara's Ice Wine Festival. Mmmmmm.... east coast lobster bisque with vidal ice wine, shrimp with thai curry lemongrass coconut sauce paired with riesling ice wine, seafood chowder and oysters with kerner ice wine... Delicious! For the sweet tooth: toasted ice wine marshmallows on an open fire and fresh fruit skewers bathed in a belgian chocolate fountain with cabernet franc ice wine. THIS is how I like to warm up on a cold winter day!
