Gorgeous palm arrangement in the hotel foyer.
Chic design.
This is the view of the room from INSIDE the shower.
Andre suggested dinner at Andiamo, with an all-you-can-eat gourmet fish bar which was out of this world. We chose our fish, and they prepared it grilled lightly with olive oil.
Appetizers for seafood lovers: Smoked salmon on sweet potato creme brule and parmesan crusted calamari.
The main course: Fish served with beurre blanc and bernaise along with ratatouille and parmesan risotto.
We walked all throughout old Montreal too.
We ended our stay at Spa Scandinave in Old Montreal where we indulged in hot baths, a eucalyptus steam room, a delicious cedar-scented sauna, and a Swedish massage. Everything was indulgent, like butter - our stay at Le Germain, the food, and the spa pampering. 36 definitely feels good!

looks like a beautiful escape! look forward to reading more of your blog!

sounds amazing! I've always wanted to visit Montreal, your hotel looks divine and those appetizers had me pawing at the screen. I have a little salmon dip I make for our little apps at home. Just about to post it for the weekend!
